Lusk Engineering & Project Management (Pvt) Ltd is a Consulting Engineering Company which specialises in multidisciplinary engineering services and project management. The Company was registered in Zimbabwe in 2014 as an independent, multi-disciplinary engineering company providing project management and construction services to its clients to meet the ever changing demands of the modern construction market.

What do we do?

Over the past 20 years , our Principal Directors have worked on a variety of projects both in Zimbabwe and abroad. From early in the design process we attempt to mitigate the impact of the project on the environment using appropriate techniques.

The Team

Eng. PAUL NYAMUTSAKA Chartered Engineer, MIEI, (PMP) ®

B.sc. (Hons) Civil Eng, Masters, Project Management( UL); Dipl. Eng. Management

Paul is a founding member of Lusk Engineering Pvt. Ltd. He spent his early post graduate formative years( 1997 to 2002) planning,designing and construction supervision of small to medium rural public infrastructure projects like dams, minor bridges, access roads , rural clinics, housing development and water supply & reticulation . He was based in Ireland for 10 years from 2002 to 2012, working in various roles from Design Engineer,Resident Engineer and Project Manager in various organisations. He worked on a variety of projects - among them were Ireland’s €12 billion Euro motorway construction programme; the Water Investment Programme, and the €1.2 billion Dublin Airport‘s Capital Investment Programme. When he returned to Zimbabwe in 2012, Paul worked ( 2012-2014) as a Project Manager on the $25m construction of nine (9) state of the art Toll Plazas on the 800km Rehabilitation of the Plumtree-Bulawayo –Harare –Mutare –Highway, Dema Diesel Power Plant, National Road Condition & Inventory Survey and upgrading and construction of various service stations and fuel farms across Zimbabwe;

Chester Marufu

B.sc. (Hons) Electrical Engineering

Chester Marufu is a qualified Electrical Engineer. He graduated in 1997 with a B.Sc. Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Chester began his career as a trainee with Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA). He has worked in a number of sectors that cover Electrical Contracting, ICT networks as well as software Engineering. Through Lusk Engineering, Chester has managed to deliver the electrical projects commissions within the agreed schedule ,cost and scope.
